OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS IS SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE:
1. NEW CLIENT VISIT
As a new client we like to visit you onsite at your offices to ensure we understand your working environment and company culture. This meeting allows us to introduce ourselves and really get to the nitty gritty of what you need to fill your vacancy.
2. Terms of Business
Agreed Terms of Business will be emailed to you to sign and return.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION AND ADVERTISING
The role will be advertised on our website, various job boards and social media platforms (your company name is kept confidential).
4. RESOURCE & SHORTLIST CANDIDATES
Resource candidates from Tri database and online sources. Review advert applicants to create a shortlist of suitable individuals.
5. PRE-SCREEN AND REGISTRATION
Conduct thorough pre-screen and face to face registration of potential candidates – this includes agreeing to our GDPR policy, proof of ID and Right to Work checks. Our face to face registration ensures individuals are ‘who they say they are’ and have the relevant skills and personality profile to fit your team.
6. SUBMIT CV’S
CVs of fully registered candidates who are matched to your role and business will be submitted to you.
7. INTERVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
Interviews will be arranged on your behalf and confirmed with both you and the selected candidates. Post interview feedback will also be communicated to both parties.
Your offer will be presented to the successful candidate and we will liaise with both parties throughout any negotiations.
